Nigel Ross – Director
A veteran of 20 years as a prime time “cap city” radio announcer, Nigel's understanding of what makes media sound great is unparalleled. A hands on director, Nigel does everything from overseeing vocal sessions, ensuring the strongest results, to sitting in on the final stages of mixing/mastering before anything hits a clients desk. Nigel may be a partner and director, but his door is always wide open to the JH team and clients alike.

Chris Gates - Production Manager
Gatesy got his start in one of Australia's top radio stations loading the cart wall. Along the way he's built some top agency commercials, he's played guitar in Melbourne's coolest rooms (and a couple of it's dirtiest) and now he twists knobs like no-one else. Gatesy can take a flat lifeless piece and make you wonder why it's not in the top 40. There are very few of our commercial jingles, Radio I.D. jingles, and our Power Intros that haven't had the “Gatesy” polish across them.

Steve Lincoln-Smith – Musical Director/Keyboards
Steve has been a composer and performing musician for 20 years.. He has worked with some of the top Australian musicians including John Farnham, David Hirschfelder, Little River Band, Kids in the Kitchen and James Morrison. He worked for the Cameron Macintosh Group as a programmer and sound designer in the Australian productions of “Phantom of the Opera”, “Cats”, “Les Miserable” and “Little Shop of Horrors. Steve's writing room, maintains the absolute latest digital gear and sounds, to create the world's most current music beds. Steve is a renowned concert performer in most of Asia, The Middle East, South Africa, Latin America, Australia and New Zealand .

Christopher Elliott – Creative Director
Chris has been writing award winning songs since 1993. Many of his tracks have
been produced by Jackie Cook (Roy Orbisons guitarist-now engineer/producer of
Song Cellar Nashville). Chris was born with lyrics spinning in his head. His
creative talent has inspired words for some of the world's biggest retailers and
products. From tomatoes to citrus, diamonds to the nations biggest supermarket
chain, Chris nails the brief every time.

Fallon Williams – Engineer/Vocals/Percussion
Fallon Williams was born in Chicago. He headed for London after being spotted by
Steve Marriott (Small Faces fame) to join Humble Pie with Steve Marriott and
Peter Frampton. While touring the world in the mid 80s, he fell in Love with
Australia and took up residency. His career has seen him perform on stage with
people like: Bob Dylan, Bryan Adams and Tim Finn. Fallon has recorded with the
Georgia Satellites, and members of Steppenwolf.

Matt Dolman – Producer/Guitars
Matt has been asked if he is the son of Carlos Santana and it ain't because of his looks. Matt has had a guitar in his hand for as long as he can remember and man does he know a fret board. He doesn't mind sharing his abilities either, he's often seen giving instruction to Australia's up and coming guitar heroes. Matt takes the vocal sessions, plays lead on a lot of our work and mixes off the odd commercial jingle.
